Hailey Nathe began her journey at OCS in 2022 as an intern while simultaneously earning her AAS in Business Management from Alexandria Technical and Community College. Upon earning her degree, she advanced to the role of Operations Specialist at the Minnesota branch. In 2025, Hailey was promoted to Account Manager, working with current customers on existing contracts and new funding opportunities.
